Marketing Radar announce senior team restructure with promotion for Michelle Laverick and Maxx Wyndham

Marketing Radar, the marketing data solutions company, and ATAS data partner, has announced a restructure of the senior team to support the business with its strategy for growth in its 21st year. Michelle Laverick is promoted to Commercial Director, whilst long serving team member Maxx Wyndham is promoted to Technology Director. Both roles will continue to support Managing Director Chris Hazeldene.

Chris Hazeldene says “The business has gone from strength to strength over the last few years despite the pandemic, where we saw the business direction evolve to support our clients’ changing needs. As we continue to build back stronger, we are reshaping our strategy for growth based on technological advances with a focus on delivering more for our clients. Michelle joined us in November 2021, and she has added further depth to our tour operation, commercial and marketing experience; it has been a real breath of fresh air working with her. Maxx has been in the team for 10 years and has been a key driver on many technical developments across the business during this time. He has in-depth experience of all our clients’ needs and challenges and is perfectly placed to support the business growth from a technology perspective over the coming years. I’m really excited about Michelle and Maxx working alongside me, and about what we can achieve together in developing and implementing commercial strategies in accordance with our company goals and objectives. Michelle will also work closely with existing customers to ensure their needs are being met, whilst also focussing on acquiring new business.”

Michelle Laverick said: “It has been such an amazing experience working with the team and current Radar clients. One area of focus so far has been on enabling clients to better understand changes in customer and prospect behaviour around the pandemic, and the impact on overall bookings patterns. This improved insight has led to more efficient and effective communications, improved ROI, increasing sales and maximising revenue streams.  In addition, there has been a focus on simplifying Radar’s own marketing proposition and brand positioning, to ensure potential clients understand how Radar technology can improve their overall business and marketing processes, analysis and provide a true single customer view.   I’m excited to be given this opportunity to continue to support Chris, Maxx and the team, driving the business into the next phase of growth. The company has excellent values, ambition, vision and drive, and there is tremendous opportunity for growth”.

Maxx Wyndham adds, “With the latest addition to our team and a solid strategy for the future, we’re starting 2023 in the best possible way.  As we continue to enhance and improve our flagship service, we have a range of innovative and exciting projects nearing fruition”.
